Hi fellow readers! I thought I would try something new so this blog isn’t solely book reviews. After brainstorming some ideas of other posts I could make, I thought a fun one to start with would be my most anticipated releases each month. After browsing Goodreads, Google, and a few Reddit posts, I’ve compiled a short list of the books releasing this month that I am most excited about. That is not to say that all the other book releasing this month are not going to be great, but these are authors that I have come to love from some of their other stories. So without further ado, in order of publication date, here is Undercover Chapters most anticipated book releases coming out this month.
- The Hyacinth Labyrinth by Jamie Pacton – Releasing June 2nd
A YA sapphic romantasy that is a follow-up to characters that we met in The Absinthe Underground. This book follows Hyacinth, daughter of Mab, and outcast fae princess who is lacking her magic. In a journey of self discovery, Hyacinth and her friend Chole go on a search for information about Hyacinth’s father who disappeared fifteen years ago. After gaining information about her fathers last whereabouts, the pair set to conquer a treacherous labyrinth that was long ago crated by three goddesses. The real problem? No one who has entered this labyrinth has ever returned from it.

- Harvest Season by Brynne Weaver: Releasing June 9th
Harvest Season is the second book in the Seasons of Carnage trilogy. This book is the immediate follow-up to the cliff hanger Tourist Season left us on. Harper Starling, a character we first in the Ruinous Love trilogy, has made a new life for herself in Cape Carnage. That is, until a series of unfortunate events happen that may ruin everything she has worked for. And then there is Nolan Rhodes, who came to Cape Carnage to reap his revenge on Harper, but comes to find out she is not even close to the woman he thought she was. - The Someday Garden by Ashely Poston: Releasing June 16th
The Someday Garden is a magical realism novel by one of my all-time favorite authors, Ashely Poston. This story follows Sophie Drear, the new head gardener for Lilymoor House. When tending to the unruly grounds, she stumbles across a secret, evermoving door. Trapped inside is an unfinished garden and a mysterious man. As the gardens persist on being wild and disorderly, she seeks the help of the man inside the secret garden.. as well as another man who is a resident at Lilymore for the summer. With the help of those at Lilymore and in the gardens, will Sophie be able to get the garden to bloom once more?

- Romantic Hero by Kirsty Greenwood: Releasing June 16th
